How do I do key properties import/export?

Postby jmlynn » 28 Oct 2010, 02:42

Hi,

I had just installed KeePassX V0.4.3 to my Mac. However, I have no idea how to bring up the import or export functions.

THere is no menu item that I can select for either import or export and there is no documentation. Basically, I want to import or export to csv or xml file.

Thanks in advance for any help!

Jeff

don't you have the export/import options in "File->... " in the menubar of your mac?

That is the thing. There is no File menu. Only "New Dastabase", "OpenDatabase", "Save Database", "Add New Entry", "View/Edit Entry", "Delete Entry", "Copy user name to clipboard", "Copy password to clipboard" and "Lock workspace".

Using Cmd key combinations. Cmd F bring up Search, Cmd X brings up Expired key, Cmd I nor Cmd E did anything.

Any idea?

On the Mac you should be using the version from one of the links in Global Autotype for OS X: at last!

I see. I had downloaded "the latest stable version" from the Keepassx site. OK, will download from your suggested site.

Thanks!

Jeff
